Shipping policy

All prices reflect “cash discount” of 3%, so credit card users

must pay 3% more than the stated price. Wire Transfers are subject to a $35 fee.

All sales are final - no refunds.

Once your order/shipment arrives it must be inspected within 24 hours from delivery. If there is visible damage when your order is received please note it on the delivery receipt and request a copy from the carrier. If there is concealed damage, pictures must be sent to  info@alumigames.com of both the packaging as well as damaged goods.
